I. Bingo is any game in which a prize is given to the player who covers squares using a predetermined design. "Bingo", however, does not include games involving slot machines or other devices that are similar to a slots machine.

II. 2. Bona fide guest is any person who has paid a fee by a private campground to use a designated space for recreational camping. This includes invited guests and family members. "Bona fide visitor" does not include the owner or operator of the private campsite, their families or anyone invited to the private camping site by them for the purpose or playing bingo.

III. III. To be considered a "full-and-regular" member of a charitable organisation, one must:

(a) Fulfill all requirements to be a member of the charitable organization.

(b) To pay all dues and fees required by the charity organization.

(c) Not to be a member only for the purpose operating bingo games.

III-a. III-a. "Bonus" is a monetary prize that a charitable organization awards in addition to the prizes earned from players' money.

IV-a. IV-a. If no player achieves coverageall, the prize accumulates. It is then rolled over to subsequent game dates.

V. (a). "Charitable organisation" refers to any bona-fide religious, charitable or civic, veterans' or fraternal, as well as police and firemen’s organizations and houses or worship, that have been registered with Secretary of State for at least a year and have been in existence and organized in accordance with this state laws for at least a year in any town or city within this state. To be eligible to licensure under this section, a charity organization must perform the following:

(1) Document that the organization is exempt from tax under Internal Revenue Code section: 501c(c),(4).501c(7).501c(8).501501(c(10).501c(19). Or, it is covered by a group ruling issued under those sections.

(2) Establish that the charitable organization's religious, civic and fraternal purposes, as well as charitable gambling, are being furthered by the activities held in the locality or town where it is situated.

(3) Document registration with secretary of state for at most one year. If required by RSA 7:19 32-a, with director of charitable trusts.

(4) Maintain an updated list of bona-fide members.

(b) When an auxiliary unit or committee is established for the sole purpose of playing bingo or Lucky 7, it shall not be considered a charitable organisation.

V-a. "Commercial hall" refers to any hall that is owned or leased by an individual or corporation, realty trust partnership, association or other person, and which rents or leases it to a charitable organisation for the operation or bingo games. Halls not owned by any charity organization or governmental subdivision are exempted from the definition in RSA 287:E:5, VI.

VI-a. "Coverall" refers to a bingo game that has 75 randomly drawn numbers. A prize is given to the player who covers all 24 numbers.

VII. "Hotel" is defined as "hotel" in RSA 78A:3.

VIII. Private campground is privately owned property that can be used for recreational camping. It may include tents or vehicles. "Private camping" does not apply to manufactured housing parks as defined under RSA 205-A.1 or recreational camp as described in RSA 149.20.

X. "Shared carryover coverall" is a bingo game in which a share-over game of bingo is held at a hall. This game can be shown simultaneously at at least one hall using an electronic simulcast feed. "Host hall" refers to a commercial or charitable hall that is approved by the Commission as the origin of a shared carryover coverall game. "Participating hall," means a commercial establishment or charity approved by the commission, that receives a simulcast from the shared carryover coverageall played at host hall. How to Be Lucky at a Game Called Bingo
